Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for Modern PUV units.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with transport cooperatives, corporations, and fleet owners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on local transport regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and unit presentation to contract closing.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for executive management.
- Collaborate with the service and maintenance departments to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead, preferably in the automotive, commercial vehicle, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine public transport sector and modern PUV modernization programs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
