NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp., a leading provider of truck and modern PUV solutions in the Philippines, is on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-oriented Modern PUV Sales Manager to join our team in Cebu City. In this full-time role, you will take charge of our sales operations, driving growth and market share in the modern public utility vehicle segment.
Your primary focus will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage and mentor a sales team, and establish strong client relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the local transportation industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote modern PUV products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in designated territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotional activities and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or PUV industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the modern PUV market and regulations in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Cebu and neighboring regions.
