Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Design and implement strategic sales plans for modern PUV models in the Metro Manila market
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, government agencies, and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Coordinate with marketing and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Ensure compliance with automotive sales regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive sales management with 2+ years in PUV/public transport sector
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop sales teams
- Expertise in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- In-depth knowledge of PUV regulations, financing options, and industry trends
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
