Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience in automotive/PUV industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and training
- Deep understanding of PUV market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
