As the Modern PUV Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed targets. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships with transport cooperatives, corporations, and government entities. You will analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and work closely with our marketing and after-sales teams to provide an unparalleled customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Modern PUV sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence in Metro Manila and surrounding regions.
- Forge and maintain strong business relationships with transport cooperatives, fleet operators, LGU officials, and key corporate accounts.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities, trade shows, and product launches specific to Modern PUVs.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Ensure a seamless customer hand-off to the after-sales and service departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales management, preferably in the automotive, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine PUV Modernization Program and its impact on the transport sector is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in Paranaque City and conduct field visits to clients within Metro Manila and adjacent provinces.
