NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is looking for a result-driven Modern PUV Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the Public Utility Vehicle sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, managing client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our market share in Benguet and surrounding regions.

As our Modern PUV Sales Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, driving high-performance outcomes and ensuring that our transport solutions meet the evolving needs of modern commuters and operators. If you are an energetic closer with a deep understanding of the local automotive or logistics landscape, we want you to help us drive the future of public transportation.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for Modern PUV units.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, including transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and government stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and presentations to contract negotiation and unit turnover.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the transport sector.
  • Represent NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports to management regarding pipeline health and market opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record (minimum 3-5 years) in sales management, preferably within the automotive, trucking, or commercial vehicle industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a team to exceed targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the local transport industry and the Modernization Program of the Philippine government is a significant advantage.
  • High proficiency in CRM software, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
