Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase the market share of Modern PUVs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and government stakeholders.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value proposition of our vehicle line-up.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the transport industry.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales coordination.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive or heavy equipment sales.
- Strong background in B2B sales and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the region to meet clients and oversee sales operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
