The successful candidate will play a strategic role in expanding our market presence, managing key client accounts, and implementing cutting-edge sales initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase the market share of Modern PUVs.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and government stakeholders.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value proposition of our vehicle line-up.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the transport industry.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales coordination.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for executive management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive or heavy equipment sales.
  • Strong background in B2B sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within the region to meet clients and oversee sales operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
