NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is looking for a dynamic Modern PUV Sales Manager to drive our market presence in the Benguet region. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our modern Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) initiatives, leading a team to expand our footprint, manage key client accounts, and ensure consistent sales growth.

The successful candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local transportation landscape. You will be responsible for developing effective sales pipelines, building long-term relationships with transport cooperatives, and mentoring our sales team to achieve peak performance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for Modern PUVs.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within transport cooperatives and private logistics firms.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to successful contract closing.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for executive leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive, heavy equipment, or transport industry.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to foster a results-oriented culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
  • Deep understanding of the Modern PUV modernization program and local transportation regulations is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
