Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets for modern PUVs.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with fleet operators and government agencies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with after-sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive, truck, or heavy equipment industry.
  • At least 2 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Philippine PUV modernization program and regulations is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
