We are seeking a result-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead, oversee, and grow sales operations for Modern PUVs and commercial trucks. NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is looking for a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth and manage a high-performing sales team in the Tinglayan, Kalinga area. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market trends, developing sales strategies, and closing deals that align with our company’s growth objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue from Modern PUV sales and truck services.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed monthly KPIs.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities in Kalinga.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of vehicle loans and service agreements.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and roadshows to increase brand visibility in the region.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive, truck, or public utility vehicle (PUV) industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not strictly required).
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
