Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth in modern trade channels
- Manage and nurture relationships with key retail partners and modern trade accounts
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Plan and execute promotional activities and in-store campaigns to maximize product visibility
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional success
- Train and motivate retail sales teams to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in modern trade management, preferably in electronics or home appliances
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in retail channels
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with retailers and distributors
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for modern trade channels
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing sales teams
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English languages
