Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in modern trade channels
- Manage and grow key accounts including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and promotions are effectively implemented
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends
- Train and develop retail staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in modern trade sales, preferably in FMCG industry
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and developing business relationships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting tools
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required
