Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the comprehensive EUC strategy, roadmap, and vision aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the design, migration, and management of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
- Oversee the implementation of secure, scalable end-user infrastructure and device management tools.
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors and negotiate contracts for hardware and software solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with data security, privacy, and governance regulations across all platforms.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team, providing guidance on technical best practices and career growth.
- Drive user adoption programs to maximize the utilization of modern workplace technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, specifically within End User Computing or Workplace Services.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows 10/11 deployment.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation or EUC projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
