As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you won't just be managing servers; you will be architecting user experiences that empower businesses to work smarter. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, manage, and optimize Microsoft-based workplace solutions, ensuring high availability and top-tier security standards for our enterprise customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Manage and secure corporate devices using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) with Autopilot and compliance policies.
- Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and MFA.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex workplace infrastructure issues.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for workplace system administration.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce data loss prevention (DLP) and information protection policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, specifically focusing on Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and licensing models.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint security configuration.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell for automation and task scripting.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
