- Identify and engage potential clients to promote COPI's modernization solutions
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Create customized proposals and technical documentation aligned with client specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecast achievement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, digital transformation, and modernization technologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory (Cebu/Davao regions)
