Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor teams of module and manufacturing engineers to achieve production targets
- Develop and implement engineering strategies for high-volume module manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and launch
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions
- Optimize resource allocation and engineering workflows
- Manage engineering budgets and capital expenditures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in module engineering or manufacturing
- 3+ years in engineering leadership/management role
- Expertise in high-volume production processes
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety standards
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in engineering management software and tools
