You will be responsible for creating detailed mold blueprints, optimizing tool performance, and troubleshooting design-related challenges on the factory floor. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and develop high-precision injection molds and associated components based on technical specifications.
  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
  • Conduct design reviews to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance for all molds.
  • Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and optimize existing mold designs.
  • Perform mold flow analysis to predict potential defects and ensure product integrity.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation for all mold modifications and new design projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors for raw material procurement and secondary tooling processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Mold Design or a related engineering role.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, or NX).
  • Solid understanding of injection molding processes and tooling materials.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical blueprints and tolerance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
