Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop high-precision injection molds and associated components based on technical specifications.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance for all molds.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and optimize existing mold designs.
- Perform mold flow analysis to predict potential defects and ensure product integrity.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for all mold modifications and new design projects.
- Coordinate with vendors for raw material procurement and secondary tooling processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Mold Design or a related engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, or NX).
- Solid understanding of injection molding processes and tooling materials.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Ability to interpret complex technical blueprints and tolerance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
