In this role, you will be the backbone of our mold production management, overseeing critical operations across our Karawang and Purwakarta facilities.
As a Mold Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production efficiency, maintaining mold quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage mold lifecycle, and ensure our manufacturing processes remain at the cutting edge of the automotive sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle management of manufacturing molds for automotive components.
- Monitor and troubleshoot mold performance to ensure high production efficiency and product quality.
- Coordinate mold maintenance schedules and repairs across Karawang and Purwakarta sites.
- Execute technical improvements and design modifications to reduce downtime and scrap rates.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to implement root cause analysis for mold-related defects.
- Manage technical documentation, inventory, and procurement of mold-specific spare parts.
- Ensure all mold production activities comply with safety protocols and company operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in mold engineering or injection molding production.
- Strong knowledge of mold design, casting, and material properties (e.g., steel, aluminum, polymers).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools).
- In-depth understanding of automotive industry quality standards (IATF 16949 is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Willingness to work across multiple locations (Karawang and Purwakarta).
