Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on die casting molds to ensure optimal performance and extend mold lifespan
- Inspect, clean, and lubricate mold components including cores, cavities, slides, and ejection systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mold-related production issues and implement effective solutions
- Monitor mold conditions and recommend repair or replacement of worn components
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all mold-related activities
- Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and optimize cycle times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mold performance and reduce defects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tooling, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mold maintenance, die casting, or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong knowledge of die casting processes and mold construction
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Problem-solving skills with hands-on mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
