Tanggung Jawab
- Execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols for new and existing injection molding processes
- Optimize mold parameters to improve cycle time, part quality, and material efficiency
- Conduct SPD testing and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to implement new molding technologies and materials
- Document test results, process deviations, and corrective actions
- Troubleshoot complex molding defects and implement sustainable solutions
- Maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for molding equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding
- Proven expertise in IQ, OQ, and PQ validation protocols
- Strong knowledge of Scientific Process Development (SPD) methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proficiency with process monitoring software and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in Six Sigma or similar quality methodology preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
