Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision repair and maintenance of injection molds, dies, and tooling to ensure optimal production output.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mold defects, including flash, sink marks, and dimensional inaccuracies.
- Utilize machine tools such as grinders, drill presses, and CNC equipment to reshape and recondition mold components.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team and engineering department to identify root causes of mold failures.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards (ISO) in all workshop activities.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mold repair, toolroom operations, or precision machining.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, including grinding, drilling, tapping, and basic welding.
- Excellent manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
