Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
- Previous experience as a Mold Setter or similar role in plastic injection molding
- Knowledge of different types of molds and their components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to handle heavy molds and equipment as required
