Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain injection molding machines to optimize production output
- Set up molds, adjust machine parameters, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Monitor quality control processes and implement corrective actions
- Perform routine maintenance on molding equipment and tooling
- Document production data and maintain accurate machine records
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in injection molding operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Basic knowledge of plastics materials and molding processes
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime when required
