Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute qPCR experiments for nucleic acid detection and quantification.
- Perform protein expression, purification, and quality analysis using chromatography and spectrophotometry.
- Optimize molecular biology protocols to enhance efficiency and reproducibility.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and bioinformatics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and develop new assays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Hands-on experience with qPCR systems, thermal cyclers, and gel electrophoresis.
- Proficiency in protein expression techniques (e.g., bacterial, yeast, or mammalian systems).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety, aseptic technique, and general wet lab practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
