- Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and alignment
- Optimize existing workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions and preventive measures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate monday.com with existing enterprise systems
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role with 3+ years of monday.com expertise
- Advanced knowledge of monday.com features, automation capabilities, and API integrations
- Strong background in workflow design, process optimization, and system architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Experience in client management, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in creating custom dashboards and data visualization solutions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices
