Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end monitoring of telecommunications project workflows, including planning, organizing, and execution.
- Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and operational health.
- Proactively identify project bottlenecks and operational risks, providing data-driven recommendations for resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource allocation aligns with project timelines and company standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of site performance, technical logs, and project milestones.
- Conduct regular field or system audits to ensure compliance with telecommunications industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Provide detailed status reports to project stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telecommunications project monitoring or site engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data collection tools and project management software.
- Deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, network architecture, and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
