As an M&E Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation systems that ensure our initiatives are effective, efficient, and impactful. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to measure program performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide evidence-based recommendations to enhance our interventions. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks aligned with program objectives
- Develop data collection tools, methodologies, and protocols to ensure accurate and timely information gathering
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, measure impact, and provide actionable insights
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation and verify data accuracy
- Coordinate with program teams to integrate M&E findings into program planning and decision-making
- Build capacity of staff and partners in M&E methodologies and data management
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational M&E standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Public Health, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in international development or non-profit sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks, data collection tools, and evaluation methodologies
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, STATA) and data visualization tools
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills with ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders in multicultural environments
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
