Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement Montessori curriculum aligned with early childhood development standards
- Create prepared learning environments with specialized Montessori materials
- Observe, document, and track children's progress using developmental assessment tools
- Facilitate hands-on learning activities promoting sensory, motor, and cognitive skills
- Collaborate with parents to support children's growth and maintain open communication
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive classroom atmosphere
- Participate in continuous professional development and Montessori training programs
- Organize parent-teacher conferences and family engagement events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Montessori teaching certification (AMI/AMS accredited)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Montessori classroom settings
- Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones
- Excellent classroom management and observational skills
- Proficiency in creating individualized learning plans
- Certification in first aid and child safety protocols
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
