Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging Montessori-based lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Facilitate a bilingual classroom environment, effectively incorporating Mandarin instruction into daily activities.
- Observe and document individual student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain a prepared, clean, and safe classroom environment that encourages student independence.
- Foster social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and conflict resolution techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to organize school events and enrichment programs.
- Uphold the core values and standards of I Discover Montessori at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a kindergarten or preschool setting.
- Deep understanding and passion for the Montessori teaching philosophy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with young children and parents.
- Patience, creativity, and a proactive attitude towards student development.
- Ability to work full-time in Setia Alam, Selangor.
