Tanggung Jawab
- Advise clients on various mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment options tailored to their financial goals.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments, credit checks, and risk analysis for potential borrowers.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive mortgage applications to banks and financial institutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on local regulatory changes, market trends, and new banking products.
- Coordinate effectively with lawyers, valuers, and bank representatives to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage, banking, or financial services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of local banking regulations, lending criteria, and the Singapore property market.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPF Board guidelines) are highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
