Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding mortgage products, interest rates, and financing options.
- Generate new business leads and manage a pipeline of potential clients to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and processing, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings to enhance professional skills.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or banking is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport are highly desirable.
