Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end mortgage loan application processing for New Zealand clients
- Verify borrower documentation, financial records, and property valuations
- Ensure compliance with New Zealand lending regulations and internal policies
- Coordinate with underwriters, valuers, and legal teams for loan approvals
- Maintain accurate loan databases and documentation systems
- Process loan disbursements and manage post-closing documentation
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in mortgage loan processing or banking
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and loan management software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with international finance operations preferred
