- Provide expert advice on various mortgage products, terms, and conditions from leading banks in Singapore.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine client eligibility and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
- Negotiate favorable terms and secure competitive interest rates for clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and bank partners to build a robust referral network.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products within Singapore's financial landscape.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Specialist, Loan Officer, or similar role in Singapore.
- Proven track record of successfully advising clients and securing mortgage loans.
