Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell residential and commercial mortgage loan products to potential homebuyers and investors.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend the most suitable financing solutions.
- Prepare, submit, and manage loan applications and documentation for bank approval.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.
- Assist clients throughout the entire mortgage process, from pre-approval to disbursement.
- Stay abreast of the latest market trends, bank policies, and interest rate movements.
- Ensure all client records are accurately maintained in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or mortgage financing.
- Valid driving license and own transport (essential for client visits).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
