Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of electrical motion control systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Oversee and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability and strict adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers and software developers to integrate electrical components seamlessly into larger systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for high-quality electrical components and subsystems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in motion control systems, with a strong preference for semiconductor or precision machinery experience.
- Extensive working knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and servo drive technologies.
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams and leading large-scale technical projects to successful completion.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
