Tanggung Jawab
- Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate brand concepts into engaging video content.
- Develop storyboards and style frames to align with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end motion projects, from conceptualization to final export.
- Optimize animations for various digital channels, including social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and animation techniques.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine visual assets based on design feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, animation, and video editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- A relevant degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
