As a Senior/Staff Engineer, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define system architectures. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect scalable motion control software and automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain C++ or C# code for real-time industrial applications.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and PLCs into comprehensive software systems.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Debug and resolve critical issues in existing software products.
- Optimize system performance for speed, stability, and energy efficiency.
- Create detailed technical documentation, specifications, and user manuals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within the industrial automation or robotics sector.
- Strong proficiency in C++, C#, or Python with a deep understanding of object-oriented design.
- Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) and motion control libraries.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems), and hardware interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment.
