Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages and documents promptly and safely to designated locations in Jakarta Utara
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Manage and organize delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
- Inspect packages before delivery to ensure they are in good condition
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any issues
- Maintain the company motorcycle in good working condition
- Follow all traffic regulations and safety protocols while on duty
- Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to the supervisor
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C)
- Good physical health and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with Jakarta Utara area is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications for tracking deliveries
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
