In this role, you will handle the final leg of the delivery process, ensuring that parcels reach their destinations safely, on time, and in perfect condition. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, requiring excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. We utilize modern technology to manage routes and update statuses in real-time, so you will need to be comfortable using our mobile application. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver parcels to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure packages are handled with care to prevent any damage.
- Update delivery status and tracking information via the company application.
- Maintain professional communication with customers regarding delivery schedules and instructions.
- Collect payments or proof of delivery (COD) when applicable.
- Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure the motorcycle is in good condition.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Motorcycle Driving License (SIM A).
- Ability to ride a motorcycle comfortably in various weather and traffic conditions.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic literacy and comfort in using mobile applications for navigation and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physically fit and available for full-time employment.
