- Implement and monitor dealer compliance with Suzuki service standards and programs
- Conduct technical training for dealership technicians on Suzuki motorcycles
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for complex mechanical issues
- Perform regular audits of dealership service centers to ensure quality standards
- Develop and execute service improvement initiatives with dealership partners
- Act as liaison between Suzuki and dealers for service-related concerns
- Prepare and submit detailed compliance and performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in motorcycle service or technical support
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and Suzuki product lines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealer training
- Ability to travel extensively within the Visayas region
- Valid driver's license (motorcycle preferred)
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and service documentation
