Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot motorcycle mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire services, and brake inspections
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify problems and determine necessary repairs
- Replace or repair faulty parts and components following manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding needed repairs and maintenance
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Stay updated on new motorcycle technologies and repair techniques
Kualifikasi
- Experience with motorcycle repair and maintenance (entry-level to semi-skilled)
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Valid driver's license (motorcycle license preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
