We are seeking a results-driven Motorcycle Spare Parts Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell motorcycle spare parts to achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment
- Prepare sales reports and track customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in motorcycle spare parts sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat, professional appearance with strong customer focus
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM) and personal vehicle
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
