Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, and deck equipment
- Monitor engine performance parameters and make real-time adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and system troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with international maritime safety regulations (STCW)
- Conduct machinery lubrication, cleaning, and component replacement
- Collaborate with engineering team on operational optimization
- Implement emergency response procedures during critical situations
Kualifikasi
- Valid STCW certification (Basic Safety Training, Engine Room Resource Management)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Motorman or equivalent maritime role
- Proficiency in operating diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in confined spaces and adverse conditions
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration units
- Physical fitness and ability to lift 25kg loads
