Tanggung Jawab
- Design, prototype, and develop motorized equipment and heavy machinery tailored for major construction projects.
- Conduct thorough engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics testing on equipment designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems seamlessly.
- Prepare detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation using advanced CAD software.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of new motorized equipment to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment performance and durability on-site.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers and maintenance personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in designing and developing motorized equipment or heavy machinery.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard CAD and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS).
- In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and internal combustion engines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to testing and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Willingness to be based in Parañaque City and travel to project sites as needed.
