Virginia Food, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Motorpool Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team in Davao. In this role, you will be the backbone of our transportation infrastructure, ensuring our fleet operates at peak efficiency to support our nationwide supply chain.
As the Motorpool Coordinator, you will oversee the daily maintenance schedules, vehicle dispatching, and compliance documentation for our fleet assets. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of vehicle mechanics, cost-effective routing, and a commitment to safety and regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily vehicle dispatching and scheduling to optimize delivery routes and operational workflows.
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure 100% fleet availability.
- Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and driver efficiency to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all fleet vehicles remain compliant with government regulations, insurance requirements, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of vehicle parts, repairs, and service histories.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to expedite repairs and minimize vehicle downtime.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding fleet utilization, operational expenses, and maintenance status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fleet management or motorpool operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and automotive systems.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and make data-driven decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and high level of familiarity with Davao area logistics.
