In this pivotal role, you will ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our vehicle fleet while leading a team of dedicated drivers and support staff.
As the Motorpool Supervisor, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our motorpool, ranging from preventive maintenance schedules to dispatch coordination. You will implement strict safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure all vehicles are road-ready. We are seeking a proactive professional who can optimize inventory management for fuel and parts, and who excels in staff supervision and training. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily fleet operations and coordinate efficient vehicle dispatching.
- Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle longevity and reliability.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of drivers and motorpool staff.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues immediately.
- Manage inventory for fuel, parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure strict adherence to traffic regulations and company safety policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or motorpool supervision.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Type A or B) is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle mechanics and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
