Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize injection moulding processes for efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement process validation protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve moulding-related production issues
- Collaborate with R&D on new material testing and process refinement
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis
- Train production teams on moulding operations and safety
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in injection moulding process engineering
- Proficiency in moulding machinery and automation systems
- Strong knowledge of polymer science and material properties
- Experience with process monitoring software (e.g., IQMS, MES)
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
