Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor injection moulding or compression moulding machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on moulding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and rectify mould defects or production inconsistencies.
- Adjust machine settings, such as temperature, pressure, and speed, to achieve the desired product specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety regulations.
- Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Moulding Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of plastic materials, moulding processes, and quality control techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and operation manuals.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory setting, including standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
