Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior technicians in the disassembly, inspection, and cleaning of aircraft components.
- Perform basic routine maintenance and repair tasks under strict supervision.
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality control in compliance with aviation regulations.
- Learn to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Accurately document all maintenance activities and parts used in work logs.
- Ensure tools and workshop equipment are well-maintained and calibrated.
- Support the team in meeting production deadlines while maintaining high precision.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong interest in the aviation and aerospace industry.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment (including morning/afternoon rotations).
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Physical fitness to handle technical workshop requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and precision.
