Lead strategic supplier relationships across Asia while driving innovation in maintenance, repair, and operations procurement. You'll orchestrate end-to-end sourcing processes, optimize supply chain resilience, and implement cost-saving initiatives critical to aerospace excellence. This senior role demands strategic vision to navigate complex supplier ecosystems while ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards and sustainability goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives, manage risk in dynamic Asian markets, and leverage data analytics for continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact operational efficiency and service quality for our global aerospace clients.

- Develop and execute MRO procurement strategies for Asia-Pacific region
- Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers for aerospace components and services
- Optimize total cost of ownership through supplier performance management
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes and systems
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100) and ESG requirements
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across engineering, operations, and finance
- Lead supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives in procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field
- 10+ years procurement experience with 5+ years in aerospace/MRO sector
- Proven track record in leading supplier relationships in Asian markets
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier performance management
- AS9100/ISO certification knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software (SAP/Ariba)
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance cost, quality, and risk
